Cocoa sesame cream plus Greek yogurt equals airy chocolate mousse for surprise guests.

Quick Chocolate Sesame Mousse: A 3-Minute Dessert

Chocolatey, creamy, and no oven needed — three qualities every host loves.

Chocolate mousse usually comes with melted chocolate, whipped cream, and a pile of dirty dishes. But this shortcut version is smarter: cocoa sesame cream is already chocolate, already creamy, and already gently sweet — meaning two thirds of the work is done for you. Just combine it with Greek yogurt for a light, mousse-like texture.

Method

Pour equal amounts of cocoa sesame cream and Greek yogurt into a bowl and whisk by hand for one to two minutes until smooth and slightly airy. Divide into small serving bowls and refrigerate at least 20 minutes to set. Finish with fresh berries, pistachio powder, or grated dark chocolate.

Greek yogurt is the right choice for two reasons: high thickness that preserves mousse texture, and mild tang that balances chocolate sweetness. If Greek yogurt is unavailable, strain regular yogurt over a bowl for a few hours until the whey drains — the result is nearly the same.

You can prepare this dessert hours before a party and rest easy; it stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to two days and, after resting, the texture actually firms up and the flavor deepens. For larger gatherings, multiply all ingredients and serve in stylish disposable cups.
